Starchy carbohydrates are notorious for making the body feel sluggish. These foods are white breads, potatoes, rice, and sweets. If you’ve been feeling a lack of energy (which may be affecting your libido), try drastically reducing the intake of these foods. Instead, get your carbohydrates from vegetables (preferably raw), and drink LOTS of water.

Being tired, and getting a headache is one of the first signs of dehydration. Statistics show that most people don’t drink the proper amount of water throughout the day – so get hydrated!
